Before starting any specific job it’s very necessary to understand the associated activities. As a Managing director of BFL its must for me to know the production knowledge, production capacity, quality measurement tools, inventory management, production planning, supply chain management, costing, pricing strategy, sales coordination activity, product specifications, Marketing, financing etc precisely. And this project profile is my understanding about this project and the processes related to production & sales procedures. With the span of time, I can approach toward practical aspect but this basic knowledge regarding production and marketing will always act as the bottom line of strategic understanding.
